  • B'Break 2 olives & rosemary 
  • 100g Feta
  • 30g Fig chutney
  • 50g Crème fraiche
  • 10 g Pistachio nuts (graped)
  • Fresh figs

  • Prepare the cream with fig chutney and crème fraiche. 
  • Defrost the B'Breaks and slice in to thin slices of 3 mm.
  • Arange them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 140°C with an open damper
  • Place the cream on the chips, followed by a few cubes of feta cheese 
  • Decorate with some pistachio slivers and a piece of fresh fig
